The next day after my Mulberry Gap Adventure, I hit up the King Compound again, and it was a doozy.
On the upside, I didn't bust my thumb again. On the downside, it was super hot and my hands were so sweaty and slippery that it made everything about 15% more difficult. I want to say I was unable to do the inverted monkey bars at all, just couldn't get a grip. I specifically remember that it took forever to do the jerry can carry because they just kept slipping out of my hands. It was so bad that the next day I ordered some of that liquid chalk. We'll see how that goes.
